El Shaddai Youth Enrichment Program

The mission of El Shaddai Community Youth Enrichment Program is to pro-vide children/youth with an opportunity to achieve their maximum potential through education, fellowship, guidance and mentoring. What matters most to this organization is that its children/youth develop a way of thinking, speaking and listening that indicates an understanding of personal responsibility for one’s life and one’s actions. 

We realized that the children as well as the parents are faced with major social pressures that daily confronts them and needs the help from the community to steer these children in the right direction. 

The projects are subsidiaries of El Shaddai Community Enrichment Program originated and managed by El Shaddai Pentecostal Holiness Church Inc. The main purpose of the Proposal is to document the credibility and feasibility of the various community projects embarked upon by El Shaddai Pentecostal Holiness Church Inc. A Business Plan which is available for review has been developed as an operational and guiding tool for the organization. 

The primary target age group for the described program will be children ages 10yrs-18 years. The Program will also target 18years and over for skills training, GED, Music, Drama and the Media Entrepreneur Program. 

The church's vision is to effectively and efficiently cater to the growing needs within these areas and its surrounding municipalities for good education, eco-nomic empowerment, counseling, enrichment programs, youth intervention pro-grams and other services. 

With the implementation of the programs El Shaddai Community Youth Enrich-ment Program will provide the following services in Eustis and its neighboring cities. These are the Programs that will strategical-ly embarked upon: 

Arts & Craft 

Culinary Arts 

Education – After School Program 

Computer Science 

Reading/Literacy Classes 

Mathematics 

English 

Sports 

Music, Drama and the creation of a Band 

Voice Training 

GED and ESOL Classes
